- conducting marketing audits and guiding a number of firms in the development of market plans
- conducting a Client Perception survey for a Massachusetts architectural firm
- successfully researching; critiquing, strategizing statements of qualifications; and winning presentations for several firms, including a $30 million hospital and a $100 million hospital
- facilitating marketing retreats for an Alabama firm and an Indiana firm
- participating in a long range strategic planning study for a Minnesota A/E firm including a "Hot Market" study and a Client Perception Survey
- numerous studies including exploring new geographic markets for an Atlanta engineering firm, and market research studies for a Missouri engineering firm, and an Atlanta landscape architectural firm interested in expanding their architectural Client base
- establishment of monthly retainer relationships with an Indiana firm, a California firm and two Georgia firms.
